To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product, Black Lapel offers up to $75 in alterations credit per custom suit and $50 in alterations credit for all other custom made items.  In the rare event that a custom made item is deemed unalterable, we will remake it at no additional charge.  We accept full refunds / returns for any reason on unworn and unaltered custom clothing.
